Pacific Birth Steps believes that the role of a doula is best defined by you,
the client. As each birth is unique, so will my doula services be unique
to each client. I will provide evidence-based information and
non-judgemental support as you choose your path to a better birth.
My services include:
2 prenatal visits to get to know each other, understand what's important to you,
help you prepare birth plan
On-call support for questions/concerns before & after birth
I will come to you in labor (at home or hospital) as soon as you want
Support (emotional/physical, including massage- if desired) during labor and
birth
Support for birth partner
2 Post-natal visits- including breast-feeding support, review your birth
experience, answer questions, provide emotional support (if needed)
A basket of nutritious, easy to eat food delivered to your home within 2 days of
birth
Birth Story or Birth Log written by your doula
Pictures (if desired and if time)
Standard Fee: $500
**$50 discount for prenatal class clients**
A portion of each doula package fee will be donated to Mothers Without Borders.
Pacific Birth Steps believes that postpartum support (after baby is born) improves the
transition to parenthood for each family member. My services include:
Mother Care ~ emotional support
~ massage sore shoulders/feet
~ breast-feeding support (if needed)
~ sitting with baby to let mama sleep/shower/etc.
Infant Care ~ provide guidance in bathing, diapering, massage,
baby-wearing, & soothing techniques
Practical Care ~ meal prep., light household tasks & errands
Fee: $17.50 per hour, minimum 2 hours per visit

Pacific Birth Steps believes that therapeutic bodywork, such as massage, reflexology and
cranio-sacral bodywork supports healthy pregnancy, prepares for peaceful births, and
helps parents be at their best for their new baby.
1 Hour Massage ~ $50 @ your home, $45 @ my home
30 Min. Massage ~ $30
30 Min. Reflexology or Cranio-sacral ~ $30
